Heather Stevenson
Personal Lines Customer Service
Heather is a Personal Lines Customer Service representative and has been a Bell team member since 2023. She processes policy changes and answers coverage questions. She also assists clients in reporting claims and helps with any issues that may arise during the claims process.
Prior to working at Bell, Heather worked in the insurance industry and then as a medical receptionist and an eye center technician. She is thrilled to be back working in the world of insurance.
Heather's favorite part of her job is being part of a great team and helping answer her clients' questions.
In her free time, Heather enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and trips to the beach and Penn State football games.
