Melissa Carbaugh
Greencastle Receptionist
Melissa, “Missy”, is the Receptionist at our Greencastle office. Her duties include answering the phone, taking care of the mail, banking, ordering office supplies and assisting agents as needed. Prior to joining Bell in 2018, Missy worked in child care and retail.
Her favorite part of her job is talking to customers, especially the regulars. She looks forward to their visits each month. Missy and her husband Mike have three daughters, Emilee, Sarah and Abby, and two sons-in-law, Zach and Judson. They also have a beagle named Charlie. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband to new and exciting places.
