Rich Bell, CIC
President
As President of Bell Insurance, Rich oversees and manages the day-to-day agency operations. He started at Bell in 1989 after earning his bachelor’s degree in Insurance from Penn State University. Rich holds the CIC designation. His favorite part of his job is working with his customers to find the absolute best solution for their insurance needs.
Rich is a huge sports fan and is married with one daughter.
